Vendor Information
Spaces are available in 10 x 10 foot spots in the parking lot of Music Showcase. Each vendor is located next to another vendor so there is no space on the sides. However, there are a limited number of corner lots available for an added fee. There is a limited number of electrical outlets available and must be reserved in advance. Vendors must provide their own tent, if they want, a table, chairs, and tablecloth. Vendors who don't sell any goods are asked to provide an activity like a game or craft. Vendors who are members of a franchise should contact Music Showcase in advance to make sure another member from the franchise has not already signed up. All applications are subject to availability and approval.
Fees
$45 for corner lot
$35 for commercial vendor
$25 for current Music Showcase students and parents
Free for non-profit organizations
Advertising
For an additional $10 fee, vendors can provide Music Showcase their logo or company name and it will be placed on all promotional materials like flyers, posters, email blasts and on the website.
Raffle
Vendors have the option of providing a raffle item for giveaways announced in between the live entertainment acts outside. The vendor will be a member of the “Christmas Club.” Patrons will be given a card with a list of club members who they must visit and get the vendor to sign or stamp their card. Then, patrons must turn the card in to the raffle table to be eligible to win the raffle prizes. This is an opportunity for vendors to guarantee that patrons will visit their table.
What You Need to Do/Bring
All vendors must provide their own table, tent, chairs, and tablecloth, and must provide a raffle item.
Vendors must be set-up by 9:30am.
Patrons will be provided a sheet with all the vendors listed. They must get each vendor to initial or stamp that they visited the table in order to be eligible to enter the drawings for the raffle prizes. This will increase traffic to all of the booths!
Interested in Being an Entertainer?
Call (813) 685-5998 or email debbie for information. We have a covered outdoor stage and will provide a PA system. Entertainers will not be paid, but we will have a shared table for all of the entertainers to hand out information or sell their CDs or merchandise. If you wish to have your own booth, you can register and pay as a vendor.
